With his early College Football Playing Days, Chuck has been a cornerstone in the Non-QM Wholesale Industry for 20 years, signing up Multiple Major National Accounts with each Non-QM Wholesale Lender that he has taken his Talents and Extensive Broker Database to.
Chuck’s academic journey at Iowa Central Community Junior College for 2 years, then his finally 2 years at The University Of Northern Iowa is marked by a string of accolades, earning a degree in General Studies with a minor in Business.
But it’s on the Football Field where Chuck truly shined, he was a 2-year starter, 2-year Captain of the defense and was nominated for The Iowa Central Football Hall Of Fame. His finally 2 years at The University Of Nothern Iowa, Chuck was a 2-year Captain of The Special Teams and was also nominated for The University Of Nothern Iowa Football Hall Of Fame for Special Teams. His passion for Football, and love of The Competition, transitioned into a successful sales career wherever he has taken his talents and relationships to Nationwide.
Today, Chuck plays the game of Direct Private & Hard Money Lending Nationwide, with a Family-Owned Company Office, which Self-Funds ALL Loans As A Direct Lender, and the deals and their respective funding are just as technical as every play during his glory days in College on The Football Field. Amidst this, he remains an active athlete, channeling the same energy and commitment that once lit up the Football Field.
