01 Apply For a Loan
Provide a summary of the loan request with the loan application documents.
Speak with a loan officer to review the loan request.
02 Execute the Term Sheet
Upon review of the loan application documents, one of our loan officers will issue you a Term Sheet for execution.
03 Processing the Loan
Our processing team will collect a deposit and order third party reports such as the valuation report and title request.
04 Underwriting the Loan
Upon receipt of the 3rd party reports our underwriting team will review the information and ancillary loan documents provided.
The underwriting team will issue and clear any remaining stipulations so that the loan can proceed to closing.
05 Final Legal Review & Loan Closing
Our attorneys will review the title commitment, underwriting report, and 3rd party reports and draft the loan documents to be executed at closing. Capital Funding will close the loan and disburse the loan proceeds.
