As the Chief Marketing Officer for Capital Funding, Daly Kay works hard to drive results and efficiencies through her 10+ years of marketing prowess. Daly Kay spent her early years helping with the family luxury Real Estate Agency in South Florida, where her grandmother first planted roots and became a household name in the Palm Beach County. Her expansion into the private lending space came when her husband David DiNatale called in for reinforcements as Capital Funding’s loan portfolio grew, and so did their family with the birth of their first son, David DiNatale III. Daly Kay quickly realized they would get farther working together as a family – and began the brand overhaul. With her graduate degree in Executive Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University, Daly Kay has put her education to work helping empower clients to achieve their dreams and build a better tomorrow. 

Prior to Capital Funding, Daly Kay’s marketing career summited after working as VP of Marketing for a multi-unit restaurant chain, Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen. Instead of focusing on the work to drive foot traffic to make thousands of small sales, it was time to help revamp Capital Funding’s marketing to close large transactions quickly. With real estate as a part of her family’s legacy, Daly Kay’s dedication to Capital Funding and fresh perspective on the brand vision and core values was invaluable to its success.
