As the managing partner, David DiNatale is a blend of athleticism and professional prowess. With his early career rooting in professional and college baseball, David has been a cornerstone in the real estate arena for over 10 years with a juris doctorate in real estate law and over $500,000,000 in loans closed with Capital Funding Financial.
David’s academic journey at the University of Miami is marked by a string of accolades, earning a degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting. But it’s on the baseball field where David truly shined, he was an All American who became the starting right fielder for the #1 ranked 2008 Miami Hurricanes. He lead the Miami Hurricanes in their 2008 Atlantic Coast Conference championship run and was named 2008 ACC Tournament MVP. His passion for baseball, and love of a good game, transitioned into a career as he was drafted by the Colorado Rockies out of college.
After a stint with the Colorado Rockies, David’s path lead him back to South Florida earning a Juris Doctorate and becoming an attorney. He then added a feather to his cap with an LL.M. degree from the University of Miami’s Greenberg Traurig School of Real Estate Development.
Today, David plays the game of hard money lending, where the deals and their respective funding are just as technical as the pitches that used to come over home plate. Amidst this, he remains an active athlete, channeling the same energy and commitment that once lit up the baseball diamond.
