Multi-Family

Multi-family is a classification of housing where multiple units (5+) for residential use are contained within one or more buildings within one community or complex.

Our multi-family fix and flip loans start at $250,000 for purchasing or refinancing multi-family properties, providing robust financing for larger residential investments.

Mixed Use

Mixed-use is a property type that blends residential and commercial uses into one integrated complex or building.

Our mixed-use financing starts at $250,000 for purchasing, refinancing, bridge to stabilization, bridge to sale, or bridge to construction takeout on mixed-use projects, enabling complex deals with flexibility.
